Did a safety and paddle talk then headed onto the water. The kids paddled very slowly so we did not cover much ground.

Went for a day trip from camp. In the morning the kids were very unmotivated and paddled slowly like the day before. However in the afternoon we started playing games with them like having races and throwing a ball around which got them more motivated to paddle.

Sea conditions: Mild

Duration of activity: 4 hours

I was TL for the day and managed to keep the group paddling with games again. We changed the kids around a bit as two in the double were not paddling well together so I put Jono in a kayak with them and it went more smoothly. It was a pretty good trip all up and the kids seem to really enjoy themselves.
